Zoe Jeffrey (RVN Bsc hons) - Head Nurse
Hi, I am Zoe. I started my career as a veterinary nurse in 2007 at the Royal Veterinary College. I qualified in 2010 and started working at Wellpets in 2011 where I developed my skills and knowledge, working mostly as a sole charge nurse. I was made head nurse in 2016 which was a big achievement for me. I enjoy all aspects of my role but particularly medicine and being involved in complex cases, working through diagnostics and laboratory work with our vet. To fulfil my keen desire to understand the science behind the medicine I completed a degree in bioscience and graduated with first class honours in September 2016. My studies have ignited the little scientist within and my ambition is to pursue a masters in infectious disease while continuing my full time role at Sheerness. I enjoy travelling, movies, foreign cuisine and skiing is my favourite sport!

Ann Eve - Receptionist
Ann Eve – Practice Co-OrdinatorI’ve been working in the veterinary industry since 1996 and thoroughly enjoy the variety that the job brings. I have NVQ’s in Animal Management & Pet Nutrition. There is always something different to do every day at the practice and I enjoy chatting with our clients and meeting their pets. I own a very cute staffie called Oscar who I adore! I enjoy the cliff & beach walks with him when I’m not working. If I had the room I would have a house full of staffies! I have hand reared and nursed a number of pets over the years and there is normally a stray residing at my house waiting for a new owner to come along, I get a lot of satisfaction being a ‘foster mum’ and then watching them go off to their forever homes. I feel lucky to have a job that I love and be able to help and advise people with the care of their pets.
