Meet The Team - Weston-super-Mare
Our Weston-super-Mare branch is located on one of the main roads leading into this famous seaside town. We have very friendly staff and long opening hours ensuring your pets receive prompt attention and the best treatment in the area.
Ford Krieger – BVSc Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS)
Ford Krieger is a new addition to the Wellpets team at the Weston Super Mare practice. He qualified way back in 1990 from the University of Sydney (Australia), and since then has been all over the world; working as a veterinarian in Hong Kong, Canada, the Queensland bush and now by the shores of the Bristol Channel. He really enjoys meeting new people and their pets, and keeping those dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, and rabbits (backyard chickens too, now that he's started reading about them) healthy and happy. Back home his family home was inundated with pet cats, frogs and fish, and it looks like a similar invasion has already started here! When he's not at work he stays fit by chasing after a pair of fleet-footed small humans aged 6 & 4. He's looking forward to meeting you and your four legged family members soon at the Weston branch!
Naomi Turley - Qualified Veterinary Nurse (RVN)
Naomi has worked in vets practices since 2009 and qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2014. She has grown up with a variety of pets from dogs and hamsters to a bearded dragon and currently lives with a cat that is more like an early morning alarm clock! Whilst Naomi loves all aspects of being a veterinary nurse, the nurse clinics and surgery are areas of particular interest. If you've got a pet with a weight problem and no-one else can help.... call the Wellpets team and Naomi's weight clinics will get your pet slim and healthy! Naomi is also the outdoor type and when she’s not at work she’s either walking up a hill or attempting to beat a PB in the latest 10k mud run.
